1.Chapter one: Selected legal regulations concerning Occupational Safety and Health → 21 topics.

This recurrent training in OSH is dedicated to employers and members of management as they should be familiar with legal regulations of OSH to the extent that enables them to fulfill the duties imposed by the Labour Law. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor dated July 27, 2004 concerning OSH training, both employer and management should undergo this training at least once every 5 years.

The aim of this training is to update and supplement knowledge and skills, in particular in the field of:

• assessment of threats in work processes and risk assessment concerning those,
• method of protection against threat to life and health of employees,
• forming safe and hygienic working conditions,
• protection of employees against the danger related to the duties they perform.
